Excellent stay here. So good I extended my stay two extra nights.  It’s in a great location.  The Manager is excellent and he was full of Laotian hospitality and kindness. 

Rooms are spotless.  Bathrooms modern, clean and have hot showers.  No creepy crawlies!

It was so good three other friends moved accommodation to here.

I loved staying here.  The main reason I stayed here was because the reception/gm is super cool. He is so helpful and I would recommend staying here for anyone.  This place is well worth the money.  STAY HERE FOR SURE!!!!!!!

After leaving on mr mo because it was filthy we came here for very good price..reception dude was good and helpful and caring,  aircon was mint, bathroom was spacious and clean. Bed was confy and linen crisp and fresh. Loved it here. Wifi was always good and the view over the rice and lotus fields were stunning! Thank s for a clean happy stay

After four days in rustic bamboo cottages  with cold-water showers, we felt like enjoying a few more creature comforts. So we moved to Green Guesthouse which offers less character and sense of place but things such as air-con and hot-water showers, which you may struggle to find in the wooden shacks with hammocks places.

Fortunately, an air-con room costs 100,000 kip ($12), which is a premium worth paying. If you are happy for a ceiling fan, the cost falls to 70,000 kip. On the down side, this place does not enjoy river views, but the rice paddy views are nice.

Air-Conditioned Comforts

Yay its clean!

This Place is Great ( YOU MUST STAY HERE)

The hotel is clean and the rooms are nice. But the service just doesn't exist. We had to do everything on our own because there was nobody anywhere. We weren't even told when to check-out and on the day of check-out, normally in Asian countries check-out is at 12, we were charged to pay half of the price again because of late  check-out. This hotel apparently has check-out at 10.30. I could understand that if they told us or if there was any service to ask for it, but just leaving the guests on their own and don't care at all and then charge more for me is really bad service. 
So if you don't mind not to have a service at all, it's a nice place. But in our opinion there are much cheaper and better places on the island with a much friendlier atmosphere.


Bad or no Service 

Went to this hotel after booking and no one is there, rooms are all  open mold one walls and beds its dont stay there its a scam, rang the phone number and stright to answer phone currently waiting for my refund
