What was good

The admin girl was very nice to me. She even cooked for me. Room was nice and spacious. With air conditioner. Toilet and bathroom are clean but bring your own amenities. Outside you can sit and chill. This place looks very new.

What was bad

Far from center. But no problem bcs taxi here YandexGo are so cheap. Shop are quite far 20 minutes walk.
