Mawimbi Lodge Hotel is a fantastic place to stay in Watamu. Very close to the beach, I think something like 100 meters, the Hotel is located just in the main street of Watamu. You can go out from the Hotel and have a walk around there, where you can african shops and restaurants. The property of the Hotel is very very very good, Corinne and Maurizio are a fantastic couple: they helped us solving the problem of luggages that lasted to arrive, and they called everyday the airlines company to check the status of delivering. The restaurant of Mawimbi is fantastic: the food, the fish they prepare is someghing to try. I recomend this hotel because it was perfect for our holyday.
