This hotel was very nice. They upgraded our room.

Great Stay

The room itself was not terribly bad. It was old and a little small for the price. But the noise level was unbearable. With two night clubs at street level blaring loud music all night, earplugs didn't even help. Needless to say, we didn't get much sleep.
The food was average at best.
The staff was friendly and helpful, but not to the point that it made up for the noise and mediocre restaurant.
I noticed that the stairwell on the 3rd floor was blocked so one had to take the elevator to get down. That was a little disconcerting for safety reasons.

There must be better places to stay than here.

Very bad place . Bad location. Bad food. Bad facilities. Noisy like you are in a nightclub throughout. I could not even sleep. 
Don't believe the pictures on the website. Fake.
Stay away from this hotel. Don't make the same mistake I have done.

A poor hotel in a terrible location opposite a night club whose noise vibrates the whole hotel until 6am.
You would not believe how bad this hotel is unless you were there.  the hotel is location in a dangerous location for white people (Muzungus) and the rooms literally vibrate with the booming base sound from the night club across the road. If you enjoy being kept awake all night to this I encourage you to stage there.  Otherwise, avoid like the plague.

We got this hotel as part of our safari and let me tell you, it was shocking! We didn't expect a 5 star place but this I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy! Staff are rude, rooms are filthy, location is horrible. For the love of God just avoid this place 

Don't bother! 

I had to stay for one day in order to catch my bus to the Coast the next day, there were no towels in the bathroom,i was gona call the reception to inform them but the telephone was not working,i was tired, i could not go down to ask but.. good thing i had my own towels since i was transitioning from Qatar where i stay to visit my family at the Coast. The next morning after checking out, i went to catch my bus. And out of nowhere someone from the hotel showed up saying i stole towels. I was shocked!! How could this imbicle!!! I had to go back to the hotel accompanied by this tall guy, and i asked him one question. "Did you talk to the house keeper who prepared the room if he or she kept any towels. I was pissed to find out he didn't and he called the house keeper only to find out there were no towels in the room before i checked in. So unprofessional staff, everything about the hotel is just poor.

WORST STAY EVER

Near some main areas. Provided simple accommodations that was all I was looking for. Bed, shower, WiFi, tv, and bar/restaurant on premise.

The hotel was great plus the service, but the location.

Not save to go out side at night.

I booked this hotel on line before I left USA, thinking that it would be exactly as advertised on line. I paid my fees as requested and hoped that I would find the room I paid for. Reaching there I couldn't believe it was the same hotel I saw on line.The taxi could not even find a space to unload the luggage . The place in a deep gator where it is impossible to even walk on the street.However, the most terrifying part was that the room I paid for had already been rented to some one yet I paid for the whole 13 days.Getting into the substitute room allocated to me on the spot, I and taxi driver noticed that there was no hot water, broken lamps in the room and abed which looks like it had not been made for some time or some body just used it and nobody dared to prepare it.When I asked for the manager, the counter people told me that the manager had left for the and wont be back until tomorrow. I left the hotel right a way and rented a hotel elsewhere. I called next day and asked for the manager to call me for the refund. Up to now, I haven't heard from anybody.

Terrible hotel I will ever recommend  to someone

Hotel was OK but it's in the nightclub district. Pounding bass and loud music until about 3:00AM. Difficult to sleep!
