The service is excellent, very good food. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere, beautiful garden, and a good training swimming pool.  Excellent choice, and friendly on the pocket too. Good for napping, good for working - fast internet.

I liked the place very much. Being our honeymoon they upgraded the room we had booked and gave us the master ensuit with roses on the bed. The bed was big enough with clean towels and well regulated showers with an option of hot water. We appreciated the service offer and will deffinately love to come back. 

Can not fault the staff here. They were great. The pool was clean when I arrived and the bar well stocked and reasonably priced. Be wary of staying in rooms on the poolside - empty rooms are left open before they're booked, and mosquitoes are likely to enter. Also check the air-con. Mine was faulty.

The best experience ever

Pool and bar with adjoined slumber.

A warm stay.

As a last minute booking,I was thrilled especially as I couldn't believe the price vis a vis the location,Nyali.Pleasantly surprised by the welcome I received from the Lady receptionist slash accountant..thin line between patronizing and just downright 'feel at home' welcome..she is the best.Food is great(order in advance),swimming pool is OK,the bar lacked a few brands.....THE NEGATIVE,although we had couples who had kids,it's not the ideal family setup hotel...other than that,proximity to the cinema,wild waters,theme park and the supermarket is convenient..

Well,so-so

Stayed here for a few days for a family wedding. The rooms are a bit higgeldy piggeldy. The dogs cried as if in pain every night and there were loads of mosquitoes. The place can be cleaner. The lighting in our room was very poor and the water pressure was almost non existent. We never had hot water in the shower. 

Front of house team were very helpful and also looked after our luggage when we went away for a few days.

Not bad for a few days.
