The hotel has no mini fridge and also lacks the kettle for hot water and coffee when needed.

Was shocked to also find that the hotel does not serve cold drinks- specifically juice at night and if you need you must incur extra costs

The food was not the best 

The rooms- very bad pressure for shower, rusted sink that had metallic smell because of the overly salty water
The showering water is extremely salty

Room cleaning- I have to appreciate the cleaning done when I left was good though- good job to the house keepers

Worst experience 

The hotel is excellent.The food was awesome.The christian values were ideal since we had small children.We welcome anyone to try out with Kobiro safaris.Their staff were friendly and considerate.👍👍🙏

Thank you Milele Beach. I got what I really deserved cool place no alcohol caring people. I really loved Adams service he uses to check on us alot. I look forward to pay a visit again. Indeed the place was superb

The beach front is great. The food and service was great. The rooms are not in good condition more so the apartments. We had to be moved from the apartments to double rooms.  Swimming pools is filled with locals over the weekends with loud music.

Toilets not working ,bath rooms terrible,restaurant? you would get better selection in a kiosk, colonial rules 
Absolutly terrible service and the fact that it's run by a church lives a lot to be desired ,I would not recommend to anyone even my worst enemy

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER ooo

The worst hotel I have stayed at in Kenya. 1 towel for 2, no soap to wash, A/C did not function, no TV. At restaurant, I looked at the menu and asked for mutton, answer "Sorry, no mutton!" I asked for prawns. "Sorry, we have no prawns." I asked for fish filets. So, no fish fillets!" I walked out and had dinner at a beach restaurant. To top it all, upon our arrival, the receptionist informed us that the hotel had not received any information from Expedia. So I had to register and pay cash. THE WORS HOTEL IN KENYA AFTER STAYING AT AT LEAST 15 HOTWLS SINCE 2016!!! IN  THE  SWIMMING POOLS, ONE CAN ONLY STAND. THEY WERE BOTH OVERCROWDED!

I have visited Milele Beach Hotel many times. The hotel offers a different experience every time I visit, from the reception, to their swimming pools, the food and the position of their restaurants. There's a good breeze that consistently flows from the Ocean to refresh an already hot body. While in Mombasa, Milele Beach Hotel is the place to be

Amazing Hotel

My first visit in 2012 was remarkably great, the conference facilities and hospitality. The second visit was  also good and so the third one in the very. Come the fourth visit in 2017, much had not changed.

I can't believe I visited here when I was 15 for my dad's 40th!  I'm now 40!  We had a brilliant time but the food was awful apart from the toasties at the pool bar.  The photographs I see are the exact same as what it was like when we stayed.  I have brilliant memories of my holiday.   We met a lovely local man who took us out on his catamaran and took us a tour into Mombassa town.   I don't think I would return now and sad to see such poor reviews but just wanted to post that myself and family had a great time and definitely a holiday we remembered and learned alot from.  Very sad to read the hotel is not of the same standard.  It was also called a different name 25 years ago.

Positive first, the staff was wonderful. Well, that's all on the positive. Yes there is humidity in Mombasa but these fixtures have not been maintained or replaced, at all. Blood on the pillow case ane comforter, glasses not clean, towels worn thin, I could go on. Great concept, poor execution. What restaurant. Luckily we only went for breakfast and that was sad at that. No pool umbrellas, no chaise or chairs to sit and look at the ocean. I won't even begin to talk about the number of daily visitors that don't enable an overpaying resident to use the facilities.
