It is a very beautiful spacious quiet place, i stayed here for one week and planing to visit soon again. The best place to be in malindi, close to the beach and malindi town. The staff were amazing too and the food. Always will choose to stay here any time 

Spacious, quiet and friendly 

The room conditions are awful and this is in the superior deluxe. I cant imagine what the standard is like. The superior deluxe had torn sheets, was stuffy, broken amenities, only 1 working light bulb, questionable hygiene. Only spent one very long uncomfortable night there. Would not recommend for anyone to stay there. Only upside was strong WiFi. Everything else was awful

Very poor experience

I booked this hotel for 1 month in advance to enjoy the Christmas holiday on Dec 9, 2020. I was in touch with the property and requested even for airport pickup. well, which was not being offered hence I had to find my ride from the airport. Upon arrival, I met a lady at the reception and a guy who I would say were ok in terms of services!. I showed them the booking voucher that I had received from booking.com upon booking my stay at this property. The lady-mentioned booking.com gave the wrong rate and I had to add double the amount to stay with them. "I guess they thought I had a fake voucher or something " I downloaded a new voucher from booking.com to confirm that the rate is what I received upon booking. Some guy came over and mentioned that the rate is too low and the owner has asked I pay more. Mind you this is the rate readily available on booking.com.To cut the story short, an Indian guy( assuming the owner) came over and told the receptionist not to give me a room until I pay the new rate. He was rude and arrogant and don't have respect for customers or whatsoever. I am not sure if he was waiting to receive another person in the hotel or he did that because I was African. 
This hotel is a fraud center they market different rates on booking.com to catch customers, then upon arrival, they change the rate and charge you double to make double profits. What a scam FLimFlam property! stay away from this so-called double heart resort. This is a real double scammer Bunco business!

Fraud Business!

Very nice entrance, very nice garden with a nice swimming pool and nice relaxation space. Behind all this is an unhealthy room with mold in the shower corner, it's not a bathroom but a shower corner with the tap flooded with limestone. Dirty, stained towels. Ventilation-free room without air conditioning for 70 euros a night. The employees walk around with the toilet towels on their shoulders, a clear lack of hygiene. One of the owners screams all day long. This does not accept the blue card while there is a blue card pictogram on the wall behind the reception bar. The same flat 8€ the day before the 12€ claim is made and it's impossible to pay the employees during the day. If you want to live in the hotel room, you can't get a picture. After you're in the bathroom, you're in the hotel room. If you're practically unable, you can't get a picture back. If you're in the hotel room, you're in the bathroom.

Arnacus

I booked this facility for three days but checked out after spending one night. The room is full of crawling insects and stuffy. The hotel promised to provide me with a baby cot but never delivered. No drinking water was provided even after I requested for the same. The guy who took me to the hotel room was drunk and full of excuses. I can't recommend this hotel to my enemy, it is terrible.

Bad experience

Couple unfriendly. The Air conditions do not work and they do not assist in any way. 

We complained and there was no help coming through.

The pool is restricted as when they are cleaning at odd hours you cannot swim!!!!!!!!!!

We wanted a place out of malindi town and we were not disappointed the setup is amazing. ..I specifically liked the water pool and the bridge with well sculptured mermaid* the restaurant and bar place is well maintained. ..as you enter the place the sculptured mammoth makes the reception look awesome.....i recommend the place for honeymooners 

Nice place 

I had a wonderful seafood dinner by the pool with some friends. The calamari was well done;flash fried so not rubbery and the shell fish was really tasty. I will be back to stay at the hotel when I can.

Great dinner

Very nice resort.  Spacious, clean rooms.  Had a great time with my family here.  Close to the center of town and not far from the Marine Park and beach.  The hotel arranged for us to go scuba diving and snorkeling at the Marine Park It was great.

Clean quiet and relaxing

In September 2013 I was with my partner at the Doble Heart of Malindi. Fifteen days of pure relaxation, abundant food and excellent quality and cleanliness are the identifying features of this splendid resort. Attentive to the needs of the customer, owners and staff have really served us on a golden plate.. I would recommend everyone to spend a holiday in this facility. Located in the center of Malindi, it allows you to reach the sea, casino, local market and bar/restaurants with only 5 minutes walking, without having to resort to the tuk tuk (local taxi). Through the resort we have organized the two safari (Safari blu, by sea) and the Safari pervo National Park with Rafael, the very clean and highlighted details of the beach that the Italian boys (Frazzial) have made and we can travel to the beach.
