The suites were spacious, the food delicious, the staff courteous, and the weather fabulous. The only criticism I could offer is Wi-Fi would be nice, however I think the ability to disconnect was also part of the appeal. Very cool to know Bill Gates stayed next door to where I was in the past as well!

Naiberi River Campsite and resort was the highlight of ourTrip. Walking into the room they gave us and we just went "wow!" The room pays attention to detail, is well maintained, clean and always smells fresh. It was a joy being in that room even though the temperatures were quite low in it. We thought maybe there could be a way to also ensure heating in the room. We loved the ducks which always waddled past as if on a routine surveillance of the property. The pool was amazing and a favorite past time. The breakfast could improve a little and particularly in the choice of milk which was too creamy for my liking. But the very polite and friendly staff make up for anything little that may be lacking. Naiberi seriously needs WI FI though. We were not connected the entire time we were there.

We spent  3 nights at the resort in november 2018.
Nice place, cosey bar, extremely friendly and helpfull staff.
It takes a little while before the food ordered arrives but it is worth waiting for : freshly made and delicious.
The rooms are large, with private bathrom and nice hot showers.
The place has shade and even a swimming pool.
We enjoyed our stay very much

I checked in around midnight after poa resort messed my booking. the lady i spoke to at naiberi was very helpful and offered me an executive suite, upon check in she met me at the reception which was already closed not forgetting it was midnight. the room was spaciou, very beautiful, hot water shower, all amenities were provided

The location is a stone throw away from the busy city of Eldoret and is an amazing place to escape to. 
You arrive through a small drive way and immediately enter a world of its own. 
Naiberi is a suitable location for those  that wish to either camp, glamp or stay in their luxury cottages. This location was chosen by Bill Gates, he stayed here with his crew whilst visiting Eldoret. 
They have an amazing cave like setting that is very unique and creates a tranquil environment to relax in. 
They do have a swimming pool to take a dip in and a pool side bar overlooking the river which flows by the property. 
I highly recommend spending at least two nights here and you if you camp you can cook your own meals or order from their in house restaurant. 
You can also walk in during the day with friends and family to visit and eat here.

A very nice country lodge ideal for backpackers
The place has a well equipped bar. The food took quite long. I guess cause it was being freshly prepared. 
On the whole a nice place to relax on a weekend.

Its a nice location to be with family, lot of greenery around. there is a river flowing at the edge of resort . the swimming pool is the main attraction here , we enjoy swimming and African food , choma chips etc

Only camped in my own tent here so cannot comment on the rooms but the buildings are very interesting around this place.  First the restaurant is circular and seems to be built underground, very cave like, dark, cozy and inviting.  There is a small stream that runs across the restaurant so you have to go over a small bridge to get from one side to the other.  You have to go down many steps to get to the swimming pool which is tucked within a lot of greenery.  Geese are around and some may attack so be watchful.  Overall a pretty neat place.

Day out at Naiberi

Very friendly staff both at the reception and the restaurant/bar. The food is average with little or no spices. The room(4), had a dirty floor and one towel was stained with dirt.
The place is pricey for the service and amenities. 

The place has a beautiful river within the compound with awesome views. Has a nice  accessible road too. 

Close to nature

Spent 2 nights in this hidden retreat which I found quite peaceful. A big plus is the surprisingly excellent menu offering and quality of food. Rooms are spacious enough (got the executive rooms) just make sure to test the mattress as first night was really difficult using a very..(very) hard mattress..A quick room change resolved this for second night.
