The trip by the ferry was awesome just to arrive and be greeted by the fresh and cool warm weather near the diani beach. What about the evening walks and the pool was awesome. Planning for a trip there again. Thank you Hotel- tropical garden

THEFT BEWARE..
I was robbed twice on the first night of staying here..  I had just counted my forex. I am meticulous about writing down what I cash at Foreign Exchange and $350 was missing... Then I went to tell my friend, we both returned and saw Consolata, the cleaning lady appear out of the dark and scuttle away. I counted it again and a further $100 was missing. I called the manager Joseph a truely helpful man.. He was shocked.. The cleaning lady then started turning over pillows and "miraculously" two $50 dollar bills appeared.. I told her she had till the next morning 10am to do another pillow trick and return the money.. She did nothing I then got the police involved and have escalated the case.. Leaves a sick feeling in your stomach knowing you are vulnerable to being robbed by staff..

Beware of Theft

I didn't book this resort but got transferred from another partner in wrong location.Stayed 2 nights while we looked for something else as it was not what we expected.No hot water,no proper shower
just hand held with nowhere to hang to stand under.No tea maker as stated on web,curtains didn't meet to close properly and constant water on the floor in the bathroom from behind toilet.No lights in the grounds and no one else staying,very poor breakfast.I would never recommend to anyone.

Disappionted

Would recommend that no one stay here unless a clean room is all you want.
We were the only one staying at the place...grounds were dirty and at night there is no lights kept on around grounds/hotel.  Used our head torch.
Payed in cash and had to chase the owner several times to get our change before we left.
Location is bad with very limited options for food- there was no staff around to buy drink at the hotel.
