The staff are very friendly. Highly recommend this place. The ambiance is awesome and the hospitality is top notch. 

However, a little bit more effort needs to be done on room cleanliness and their breakfast. They served me overcooked sausages and their fish fingers were not fresh.

I was there for 2 nights and I have absolutely no complaints.  The staff were excellent, the food was superb, the hotel was clean and the rooms comfortable.  Staff even assisted when my vehicle battery died and had to be recharged.  The only slight minus for me is that the food preparation was a little slow.  Having said that, I was advised of that and so could place an order from my room and staff in restaurant would advise when it was ready.  My room did not have mosquito nets but I did not see any mosquitos.  I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I've been a very faithful client but the hotel is no longer clean.I was allocated a room with dirty beddings with reference to the bedcover,it had stains which I think some "couple "had earlier used the room.The corner where the table is positioned had not been cleaned I don't know for how long & the room was smelling of dust.Consider improving cleanliness in the rooms & also get rid of the smell in the bathroom,scrub the tiles etc etc,pull the table & reach out all corners.Use White covers,that's a sure way of not concealing dirt and finally get rid of those smelly blankets.You can benchmark with a hotel called Ndupawa in Eldoret,I've been sleeping there for the last 7 years and their standards have never changed for worse,they've only changed for best.Its home away from home.


My comments

A place away from the noisy town but lucky enough its just on the highway. Delicius african delicasies and fresh. i loved the bar and restraunt they are spaciuos and well lit. The rooms are good and affordable. they have means of transport when you need to go aplace. nyce place with average prices for food and rooms.

Was looking for a place to spend with family over the weekend and needed a comfortable place to cater for a toddler. The reception looked promising but once we got to the rooms, I was disappointed. The room despite being on the ground floor and therefore expected to be in better condition had a broken window pane and was missing a mosquito net.
