Nice hotel. Walk distance to some of the restaurants. Not far from the main road. No breakfast. They don’t serve breakfast. Anyway. Over all. It was nice stay.

We spent two nights in this hotel.

- Location (4/5): it is 10 minutes far from Aqaba seaside, so not so far. 

- Room (3/5): medium size rooms, the ones that face the street have a nice view of Aqaba. The rooms on the other side face a building under construction, so a quite bad view. The hot water flows very badly, so we had to take cold showers for two days.

- Cleanness (3/5): it can improve. On average our room was clean, but there were some parts of it dusty.

- Night time: (1/5):  regarding the night time and sleeping time, we had a really bad experience. The ventilation in the next room was super noisy, like a car engine. Sometimes was so strong that the wall was trembling. Moreover, you will hear dogs barking the whole night. It was very, very hard to sleep. The windows are very thin which means that you will hear each sound outside like it is in your room.

- Staff (5/5): I rate the staff 5/5. They were super kind and helpful, they helped us with everything we asked for. As I said above, we were awake at 3 am due to dogs barking and the reception staff accepted immediately to find a different room for us.

Just one note: the biggest issue, the dogs barking, wasn't the hotel's fault. The area is full of stray dogs, so even if you choose a different hotel in the same area you might have the same issue.

It can be better. Lovely staff but very bad night experience.

It is ok compare what I paid but you have to update the map in Expedia because they have different address.

This is a hotel in the center of town. Clean, nice rooms; hotel with an elevator. Without a restaurant, but just near the hotel is a small cafeteria where one can order a tea or coffee. Nice view from the top.

Good location

The Hotel is very nice. The staff is polite and helpful. The rooms are extremely clean and the View is also beautiful. Theres free WiFi and a fridge in each room. The price is absolutely Great and in less than 10 minutes you are at the beach. I would definetely recommend to stay here.

Lovely!

Nice room with a lovely Towel swan on the bed, the bathroom was a good size. There was a balcony which my husband spend a couple of hours enjoying in the sun. 
The staff were friendly and helpful. We only stayed here before crossing the border to Israel so not being near the city center wasn't a problem for us. 

We had a problem with the balcony door which wouldn't close so they offered us another room with single beds which we didn't want, so they taped up the door for us. This help for the sound and the cold.

Towel Swan

The place is decent if you going with a family. The staffs are helpful. The location is slightly away from the city centre but since we had a car with us we were ok. There should be some arrangements made for proper car parking.

Decent Place

In our case we had a good experience. the hotel is very clean, in a good area and close to the center. we met a Noor, and it was nice, she accompanied us with her car so that we could do some management and it was very kind. it is a great person always willing to help. thanks Noor for everything. it was a great experience in that Hotel. the best was to meet Noor who is a fantastic guy who helps us with different things for our trip. thanks for all Noor, he was a great person with us and we want to say thank you for all his help.

 Clean and great attention.

This a clean, friendly and comfortable hotel which is a short walk from the city centre. The owner is friendly, welcoming and helpful and it is an ideal place to relax. There are plenty of good eating places within a short walking distance.
If you want a beach or snorkelling it is best to go to the Bay area to the south of Aqaba which needs a car / taxi and costs extra.

Good place to stay, very helpful host.

I stayed here for two nights after being in wadi rum for three days.  The balcony with a view of the red Sea was put to good use.  The place is super clean and the staff was very helpful, and helped us when our rental car was making some awful noises.
