!!!THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!!!
First time visiting Jordan or any Arab country!
I was outside walking, minding my own. I girl near of the hotel stopped me and started to give me compliments. She asked if I wanted to take a coffee and I agreed. I started to google for a coffee shop nearby and she told me she knew a very good and nice place. After 5-10 meters she walked in to the hotel. The menu came and I didn’t look at it cause I knew already that I wanted a coffee. The girl ordered a Shisha/hookah and a glass of champagne, we talked and she told me about the Arab world and her family etc. during the conversation that took about 1 hour she ordered 4 glasses of champagne. I wanted to go cause the girl didn’t seem to be a smart one and out of my league. I wanted to pay and the receipt came for 315$ I told him that I wanted to only pay for my coffee and he told me that I can’t do that cause we came in together and the table has to be payed, that he didn’t care about who are paying that where our own problem. The girl claimed to be broke and didn’t have any money. I told the dude that I ordered only a coffee with my own tongue and only responsible for that. He threatened me with a cops and start to ruin my evening, he then asked me how much I’m willing to pay and I said that I can pay for my coffee and half of the service charge and the tax. Turned out to be 31$ so I gave them 30$ and he told me that I can go. I then told cousin about the situation and they told me that this is a prostitute that work for the hotel to scam people and get a share of it. I became mad and went there and took pictures of the hotel and the dude that served me. After some screaming about that I’m going to write on google. I told him that either they show me that the girl payed for her orders or I will call the cops and write about them everywhere. They told me that they didn’t take any money from her and then I told them then they shouldn’t take from me either. Because we stood on the street in front of the hotel the gave me back my money in an agreement that I wouldn’t write anything anywhere. I took them and walked away but it’s very important that people know the details. I see that many people gave one star and called them thieves but no details. Anyway I’m happy now and I hope no one falls for the scam.

!!! THIS IS A WARNING!!!

It is a big scam. They want to put a big bill on you for everything. It is not normal restaurant and hotel.  In this place everything is arranged to steal a money from you.
Don't go there!!!! it is a mafia!! It is the worst place I ever saw in the world. I never felt that bad like in this place

It was my worst experience ever, I went to a coffee shop inside the hotel, and the service is horrible and the staff very very very rude.
They tried to start a physical fight with me, and they had few bodyguards were misbehaving, and the prices given on the invoice are not the same as the menu.
I asked for the hotel manager, and they refused to let me meet him, and the body guards were surounding me and forced me to leave the hotel, and refused to let me meet any one from the management.
Then a guy with a pijama came and told me he is the hotel manager, but he didn't look like a manager, and he offered me to give part of the money back while one of the bodguards was staring at me, I didn't feel secure to take them.
Too many details to add, and will share it later, either here or when I meet with the hotel manager.
I wish if any one of the management if there is a management, would contact me or invite me to meet with in the hotel, I prefer if the high management contacts me.

Very bad scam hotel that use tinder application to get people and screw them with very high invoices and they have bodyguards to intermediate people . Very very bad please don’t go thier other wise big problem

Scam hotel and they charge you 300 JD for shisha and coffee

I prepaid and booked 2 rooms at Renad Hotel. When we arrived, I showed the reservation and got my rooms. The rooms were not great. hallways had no lights in certain areas, wifi kept going in and out. shower was gross, no safe. Despite this, we decided to stay our two nights. At checkout they tried to collect the full amounts due that was already prepaid. The response was, I can't get in touch with Mr. Faraz and the bed is here so you need to pay here. Checkout took over an hr and I ended up having to pay extra for no reason in order to leave. Worst hotel in Amman. DO NOT BOOK. They are rude and shady

terrible hotel... stay away!

Spacious room, comfortable bed, helpful staff and always willing to help. We feel a little like home. Hotel well located in the center of Amman with everything nearby and the price is really very reasonable. We will return with great pleasure.

Around 23 rooms only, well-furnished as 3 stars hotel with free WIFI
It is a budget hotel and ideal for families 
The location is perfect as it is in Shmaisani area which is surrounded by shops, coffee shops & restaurants from different styles
Friendly staff and clean rooms offering normal breakfast either in their restaurant or you can ask to your room, but not ready for other meals like lunch or dinner which actually you don’t need in such area due to the various choices near by
Good area for transportation as Taxies are available all around even after midnight.
