A car park is available by advance booking.
Children 5 years and over are considered as adults.
Early check-in is not possible.
Guests are not allowed to bring their own drinks at the restaurant in the property.
Guests arriving after 06:00 PM are requested to contact the property directly prior to arrival.
Please note that check-in starts at 4pm.
The hotel offers the shuttle service for all guests. If you require shuttle service, please provide your e-mail address in special request.
Please use coin lockers at the front of Yufuin Station for luggage storage.
The property provides a complimentary shuttle service between the property and Yufuin Station. If you require shuttle service, please contact the property in advance. The property cannot respond request of shuttle service on the day.
There are no other restaurants or convenience stores outside of the property.
A bathing tax of JPY 150 will be charged when using the property's Onsen. After check-in on October 1, 2024, a bathing tax of JPY 250 will be charged.
