This is a brand new hotel, in excellent condition, complete with all facilities including very good car parking. Our only problem was due to it being new, the car GPS did not recognise the phone number, so we had to get help by locating a shop nearby, and using that phone number in order for us to locate the hotel.Our problem through Japan was getting someone who could understand and speak minimal English, even in the best hotels the staff could not understand the word 'ice' which we found surprising
