Would give 4.5 if allowed. Very central and convenient location - directly above a subway exit and within walking distance of Ginza’s high-end shops, department stores, and countless dining options. Our room was comfortable, with white cotton pyjamas provided and the delight of a high-tech Japanese toilet. The shower was adequate. Breakfast was good: freshly squeezed orange juice alongside other juices, and a choice of 3 cooked options (including French toast or eggs Benedict). The gym was well-equipped for cardio and basic strength training (treadmills, chest press), although it lacked free weights; it was empty during my early-morning visits. The hotel lobby greets you with a beautiful fragrance but I wouldn’t choose it as an evening drinks venue. The free umbrellas were invaluable in August’s sudden downpours. Overall, a very good stay.
