I stayed 12 nights at the Garden Tower in a standard room. We were up on the 32nd level with a wonderful view. This hotel will exceed expectations. The Japanese garden is beautiful and soothing. I went there each morning after breakfast and it is breathtaking. The housekeeping is impeccable and the overall service level is outstanding. The big plus for this hotel is that you not only have access to a hotel but as you are part of a complex, there are an array of shops and facilities all over this splendid hotel. The rooms are a good size, a bit outdated perhaps but everything works and is spotlessly clean. Whenever I had the need to call the front desk , my requests were handled with mind bending expedience. I will surely return if i am fortunate enough to visit Tokyo again.
