I had a pleasant stay on this hotel. The staff was friendly and helped me to ship my bag from Tokyo to Osaka. They replied promptly on the Expedia app with any questions that I had.The breakfast buffet was wonderful with some of the food options changing daily.The hotel does housekeeping every 2 days, but that was suitable for me as I was by myself.The only minor complaint I have is that my room faced a wall from an adjacent building, but I was still able to have natural light in the room.
