Sotetsu Grand Fresa Tokyo Bay Ariake

We had a great stay at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Tokyo Bay Ariake, and were impressed by how well the hotel manages such a large volume of guests. Check-in was surprisingly smooth and efficient, thanks to a dozen self-service machines and a separate line for other inquiries—definitely a plus. The room was quite spacious compared to typical hotels at this level in Japan, which made for a comfortable stay. The hotel offers a self-service setup for many amenities, including chargers for rent, ice machines, and toiletries available on multiple floors. Laundry machines are available on multiple floors—much better than hotels that only have one or two for the entire building. The Lawson convenience store on the 2nd floor was super convenient for quick meals and snacks. Location-wise, it's a solid base whether you're heading into Tokyo or visiting Disney. We especially appreciated the Disney shuttle service, which runs on a reservation system—much more organized than the first-come-first-serve chaos at some other hotels. Only downside was that gym access is limited to the premier floor, but the surrounding area is pleasant and good for a run outdoors. Overall, a well-thought-out hotel with great efficiency and amenities—would definitely stay again
