We stayed here in 2017, so when we booked to travel to Tokyo again, we had no hesitation to book this hotel again. Everything was just as we remembered, small but comfortable rooms, the ladies still get toiletries, but these are given in one go in a bag based on how many days you are there for. It's 5 items per day, so I got 25 items - very useful things such as facemasks, shampoo, conditioner, bath salts etc. Breakfast was very plentiful with Japanese food and a few Western items such as bacon, eggs and pastries. There is also now a welcome bar for an hour in the evening. It's within walking distance of Shinjuku station (East exit) and Shinjuku itself is an amazing part of Tokyo! Very friendly staff too. Highly recommended!
