We would like to express our gratitude for the excellent service that we had received when we checked into the hotel. We were served by Ms AOKI and Ms Kosaka. Ms AOKI was spectacular and very understanding. We had an issue upon check in, but regardless of difficulty to resolve our issue, she ultimately found a way to get around it. We were most grateful to Ms AOKI. She was so pleasant and always smiling despite the problem we were facing. But so happy she got to resolve it at the very end. Excellent customer service by far. Hotel room was a little dated though, but the front desk (Ms Aoki) made it all better :). Regrettably we were unable to view the sea of clouds, but we got to try out the hot air balloon albeit it was an extremely mini ride (haha).
