Pros:- Great location, 5 min walk from Odori Station- 20 min walk to Susukino (nightlife) - 20 min walk to Sapporo station- Double bed- Heaps of space to spread your stuff out- Washer & dryer- Cooking facilitiesCons:- I only saw the staff once or twice, so if you have a problem you'll need to email them. They did reply within a timely manner. - The heating can be a little better, you'll need to walk around the place with a jumper etc. but you won't be cold in bed since they have extra blankets
