The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect! Stayed for a week for our Kansai Trip. Initially took a while to find our way from JR Osaka Station (Haruka) to the hotel. But the actual location is superb. Huge hotel lobby with dozens of kiosks for self-serve check-in. Process is smooth and straight forward. Certain amenities such as toothbrush/paste and hair brush, instant coffee and tea bags are available for hotel guests. Room itself is typical Japanese sized, and house keeping will be provided on every third day if you choose to do so. Or, you can opt out housekeeping or just swap clean hotels which housekeeping will hang a bag of clean towels and bottle water outside your room. Lobby is located on 9th floor, and there's a gym and coin-op laundry facility on the 24th floor. From the lobby, there's direct access to vast array of restaurants on the 8th floor, and Yodobashi, GU and Uniqlo etc. Supermarket at the basement. Basement also connects the hotel to JR Lines, Hankyu Trains, Hanshin Trains, and Osaka Metro. Not to mention all the shopping malls nearby.
