We had a good experience at Hotel The Leben for our 3 night stay in Osaka. The facilities are fairly new and spacious for Osaka standards, with laundry machines and microwaves throughout the building. The location is good if you want to visit the shinsaibashi area and it's relatively close to dotonbori. There are lots of good food options around, 7-11 convenience store right around the corner. Though we did have some minor hiccups, they were all handled gracefully by Kim from the front desk, she was a pleasure to work with!
