Great hotel located nearby Nagoya station. There is tea, coffee and toiletries available in reception which we really appreciated. The room was clean and a nice size and had a mini fridge which is useful. We didn’t hear any other quests and the staff were very professional. The staff who spoke enough English to help us check in and answer any questions. When we asked about our luggage options one of the training staff wasn’t sure what we meant but was able to use a live translator screen which we were very impressed with. This made communicating much easier for both us and the staff.

We had a great stay at this hotel! Hotels are smaller in Japan, so it's all the organization of space. I appreciated how they organized the room to have more surfaces to store random things. I also like how the check in and check out process was done on a machine which made it very easy. Staff were very respectful too. There's a full amenities bar by the check in desk for everything from tea to toothbrushes. I really recommend this hotel for a convenient place to stay near Nagoya Station!

Book 2 connecting Room for 3 person. It was very small. No space to open 3 luggage. Plus point will be the location. Near to train station, dining and shopping. Everything within reach. Entrance to hotel is in a small alley so it could be easily missed. Komeda coffee is right opposite hotel good for morning breakfast. Mister donut is just next to hotel lobby too.

The staff at Fresa were very accommodating and patient with our check in during the evening.The room is a standard business hotel size but there were some questionable instances; carpet edges were dusty and the drapes had stains on them.Outside of these, the location is close from the Nagoya station with a strip restaurants right outside the property

Decent for a 1-night stay

The location is pretty near perfect. It's very near the main bus and train lines and so it was very easy to get around Nagoya. The rooms are a little small but the beds were nice and comfortable and my family had a really good nights sleep throughout the stay there. The best thing about the hotel was that it had a channel on the tv in each room which gives you a live update about the 3 washers/dryers they had so that you can plan when to go down and do laundry!

Our stay at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Nagoya Sakuradoriguchi was simply amazing! The connecting rooms were perfect for our family setup. The hotel's service was impeccable, and the rooms were not only clean but also cozy, contributing to a truly memorable trip. Its convenient location near key attractions, a shopping mall, and Nagoya Station added to its appeal.A must-mention is the affordable and mouthwatering Yakiniku restaurant, Yakiya, conveniently located just across the street in Comtech Tower B1F.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Nagoya. Big thanks to Sotetsu Fresa Inn for providing us with such a fantastic experience!

Perfect Family Getaway: A Fantastic Stay at Sotets

Overall enjoyable stay. There is complimentary amenities available at the reception area. 2 convenient store nearby hotel which u can pick up breakfast. Microwave and Vending machine (for beer and drink)is available at level 2. A short walk from the train station to hotel and quite a lot of food options around the area.

The location of this hotel is amazing for access to Nagoya Station, subways and the central district. Clean, modern with friendly staff. My only criticism is that it did not have one single English channel on TV. I have been to Japan 7 times now (staying in all sorts of accommodation) and this is the first time I have come across this. I know I was in Japan but there are normally the obligatory CNN or BBC to keep up to date.

F1 Grand Prix Stay

Party of three adults, stayed for 1 night in June in communicating rooms. Hotel seems newly built and is an easy walk from Japan Rail station. The neighborhood offers plenty of restaurant alternatives (you need to look in the local malls for all the dining alternatives) and the fish/vegetable/fruit market. Rooms were small but very nice and efficient; communicating rooms were a great addition for 3 travelers with backpacks.

Great location

Hotel is located near to the Nagoya Station. There are lots of convenient stores, shopping etc… The hotel room is clean and spacious. There are personal care items provided in the lobby too. The lobby space is rather small and the elevator is rather old. But service is good. There’s a Mr Donut downstairs which was nice!
