The hotel locates above the station and connects with underground shopping street. It is definitely covenient to travellers! The room is tidy and served with fine furniture. Highly recommended!

Conveniently located direct access to the mall(Mitsukoshi and etc) without walking out to the street in cold weather. Lots of food choices and shopping around. Hotel was very very quiet and beautiful. Staffs were amazing!  We especially received many help from the hotel front staff name TAKABE.  So polite, helpful, always smiling and her English was great!  Thank you for the memorable trip in Nagoya!  Will visit again.

Very nice hotel that starts on the 24th floor (reception) and goes up to the 32nd floor. The city view is simply amazing. Very clean room with nice minimalist decor. Staff were really nice with greetings at every encounter. Convenient laundry facilities. It has a restaurant, a tea room, a small gym and a sauna, all with a city view. Very central to shopping and restaurants in Sakae. The only issues we had:1. was the bathroom door which closed shut using magnets, this caused a loud bang every time we closed the door, very annoying especially early in the morning. 2. the window sill is not insulated and is a cold area. One of 3 beds was next to the window and that one bed was cold during our stay here in March. There is quiet central air heating which keeps the rooms warm but it must cost them a fortune to keep the rooms warm during winter.

Great hotel with only 2 key issues

Overall it’s good. Nice bar and sauna, efficient check in and out. Good vibes. But rooms are a bit small. We had a corner room which has excellent view but the bed is in the middle of the room, making a small room with even less room to walk around. The wooden bed frame is way too big for a small room and we have to be very cautious when we are in the room to avoid hitting our toes. Also the lightning is bad. No separate switch to turn on the light in the area near the washing basin. When my hubby sleeps, I can only turn on the light in the bath tub/shower room which is not enough brightness for the wash basin. I need to use my mobile torch for more light. Having said that, the location is perfect. Direct access to subway on basement, nice shopping area with the park etc.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I can't recommend it highly enough!  The room offered an absolutely stunning view, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom facilities were both modern and exceptionally comfortable, adding a luxurious touch to the stay.  Breakfast was another highlight, as we were able to enjoy it outdoors with breathtaking views—a perfect way to start the day.  What truly made this experience unforgettable was the staff's incredible warmth and kindness. They went above and beyond to help with my proposal arrangements, ensuring every detail was thoughtfully handled. From the seamless coordination to the heartfelt touches, their care and dedication were evident throughout.  This hotel doesn't just provide excellent accommodations—it creates lasting memories. I’m deeply grateful for the exceptional service and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a genuinely special experience!

Heartwarming service

We had great time at the hotel. However two points it’s bit strange for us. One is car park and the other is breakfast. At the car park usually out /in no restriction during staying. This hotel cannot. At the breakfast, many staffs standing there but nobody ask customer satisfaction. I felt some gap between global common sense. But I saw some foreigner staff at the reception. I believe these staffs know about global standards, so please think about utilize their knowledge and experience. Other than that, great experience for my family. Thank you so much.

Beautiful and impactful entrance then up to main reception, the design of which felt refined and well considered. A lovely combination of traditional Japanese details with a sleek a modern twist. The rooms were great, on a high floor with stunning views across Nagoya and the mountains in the distance. Lots to do around the area and easy access to many places. We loved our stay and would stay again. Wasn’t super keen on the bar which felt a bit stifled and but everywhere else was lovely. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel as there are so many places in the surrounding area but I would imagine it was good as the hotel seems to have a high standard. We will most definitely stay again when we return to Nagoya.

Stayed in a twin corner room on a high floor and it did not disappoint. Stunning views and a very luxurious feeling room. You enter the room through the bathroom which felt odd at first but you soon find that it enables a quiet tucked away bedroom with panoramic city and mountain views. The rest of the hotel is immensely tranquil and calming. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. Very close to the subway and shopping/food areas.

The hotel has an amazing view from our room. The environment is very soothing and relaxing. The hotel staffs were very professional and helpful. Near subway station and it’s in the center of the city, the hotel reception is on the 24th floor, all the rooms are above 24th floor so every room has its own amazing view of the city. Would stay here again if coming back to Nagoya.

The room is spacious comparing to other hotel rooms in nagoya. The bed is comfortable. The dust is a bit much but I found many Japan hotels have the same issue. A small purifier is provided in the room but not much help. The room’s view is amazing. Both day and night views are spectacular. Recommend to spend some time in the room to enjoy the view. Staff is helpful and nice and there’re foreign staff. As the shopping mall is not yet opened, not many shops around. Near subway exit but no lift or escalator. Overall, the room is very comfortable and we enjoyed the stay.
