1) Male front desk staff was friendly and helpful. 2) Great service 3) Breakfast item was less but delicious. In addition, foreign staff were friendly too. 4) Great location. Since Nagasaki port (via Gunkanjima= battleship island) and miniature model of Dejima were.very near from this hotel. Plus tram station was located opposite of this hotel. Don't have to hassle. 5) Room was clean and nice. Auto check in and check out, very convenient.
