Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Good size room and comfortable. Onsen on-site is very good and clean. Distance from Mito station was not bad. A lot of shopping and dining options around. Breakfast buffet was good. Only area of improvement would be for the drinks. Drink selection for buffet was limited. Although I am not a coffee drinker, my wife noted that the coffee was not very good. It looked to be instant and did not taste good.Another side issue, which I won't hold against the hotel, were some other guests. In particular there was a large group of Chinese visitors and they were quite loud and not considerate of other guests. Unfortunately anywhere people go, you are likely to encounter unfriendly people but it is unfortunate when you encounter on vacation.Hotel itself and staff were excellent.
