Conveniently located close to train station.Good sccomodafion overall !

Nice clean room with friendly and helpful staff. The location is perfect, right down the street from Shinji Lake and near a bunch of fun restaurants. The bed was a little hard but it still gave us a great night’s sleep. Would definitely stay there again!

Good standard of businessmen's hotel, Similar to Toyoko Inn opposite.Very convenient to station.Breakfast is okay/sufficient fir style of hotel. Would definitely consider using Green Rich hotels again.

The hotel has artificial hot springs to help you relax. It also has yukata and comfy pillows available. It’s clean and very convenient to the station. The Asian-style breakfast is good value.On the minus side, my bed was hard as a board, and I could hear the mechanics of the lift all night - get a room away from the lifts.

Perfect location, just two minutes walk to Matsue Station for easy transportation.Staff is polite with warm smiles.Only defect for people with heavy luggage : You have to walk up some steps before reaching the check in front office.

Super quiet, clean and comfortable hotel. It also has vending machines, which is pretty cool in itself.

Bed is comfortable. Light in the room is white tone, if a warm tone it will be better. Close to station.

This has been a good stay. The staffs were very friendly and there are two more pillows to choose. Except for no fruits in breakfast, I had good time. Public bath is available for the guests.

Overall, it was about what you expect from the price or slightly expensive (but reasonable).   The building is probably about 40 years old, and so the facility was deteriorating or run down, like cracks in the sink or stains on the wall.   The mains for electricity was not easy to use - all mains were inactive when one is not in the room, making it hard to charge portable devices.    Being equipped with  public bath (with sauna) was nice, although it was also outdated.   Breakfast was good, with the menus changing every morning, but only Japanese style.   The staff was mostly nice and helpful.

Lovely first stay in Matsue City

Good stay

Undoubtedly, the hotel is aged and tired without having any manjor renovations for many years.  Service was OK as a typical "business" hotel in this country.  However, its location is very close from the main station of Matsue, and a good convenience store, 711, is just next to the facility.  May not be the first choice, but ... if others are occupied and/or too expensive, this might well be an option.
