This is my second review for Hilton Tokyo Bay as we went back again to spend my birthday. Thank you to the team. I received a birthday gift at check in. Also a surprise towel arrangement from housekeeping. I appreciate the efforts they did to make me special. As with the previous stay, room upgrade for Diamond members, access to the Executive lounge, and breakfast for 2 at the restaurant. Indoor pool needs reservation. Mini “onsen”. Tatoo friendly for both indoor pool and onsen area. Outdoor pool is with a fee. Shuttle service to the train station. Airport limousine bus picks you up in front of hotel. Overall, staff is very helpful. Clean good sized rooms, acknowledge Diamond members, nice location for the Disney parks, tatoo friendly indoor pool and “onsen”, good breakfast.
