Harmonic, clean and calm hotel with a lot of amenities. The private baths were amazing, the public bath was also very nice.The traditional breakfast was really interesting. Not all things were to our liking. Natto for example was an acquired taste but overall it was really nice to try the genuine Japanese cuisine.The staff was also extremely helpful the day we checked out. My fiancée unfortunately had to go to the ER. The staff helped us to call the local hospitals to see which one was available and they also called for a taxi.We highly recommend this spa hotel.
