We initially booked for 3 nights but end up staying 6. Room was quiet, clean and spacious. We had a kitchenette which was adequate, seperate wet room with shower and bath. In the bathroom there was also a washing machine which is very handy when you are travelling with kids. You can also dry your clothes in the wet room. There is a computer with wifi which is also a tv. Guest house is close to 7 eleven, public transport and around a 15minute easy walk from Kyoto station. Very easy to get around Kyoto via bus using day passes and train. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Their English was adequate and they tried hard to please. We had a great stay and will definitely stay here again when back in Kyoto!
