5 minute walk to JR Kyoto station. Stayed here for two nights. Paid less to stay here, in a single bedroom with shared bathroom, then in a shared dormitory in a hostel which was a 40 minute walk to the station. Would come back. Very clean and comfortable bed. Owner speaks very poor English, but otherwise would recommend this place especially for doing day trips outside kyoto.
