Good location. Quiet street and easy to find. If you take Shinkansen to Kyoto, take East gate exit, only need less than 5 minutes to walk to hotel. Easy to check in and staffs are very helpful. We arrived early so we left our luggage at the reception then came back to check in at 2pm. Self service amenities are at the lobby such as drip coffee, tea bag, toothbrush set and brush etc. just take whatever you need. Breakfast is served as a buffet style with Japanese & Western food. Choices are good considering the price ¥1400 plus tax. The staffs are great too. We booked two non-smoking twin rooms including breakfast as a package through their official website. Easy to book and reservation confirmed immediately. Payment can be made on site or pay before checking in. We had a great experience with this hotel and would like to stay again if another Kyoto trip is possible.
