Conrad Osaka Hotel

We stayed for 7 nights. Elegant hotel. 5 stars in every way. Front desk very helpful. Acknowledged and upgraded us as a loyal Diamond members celebrating our 33rd anniversary. We arrived late so we checked in at front desk and immediately went to Sky Rooftop bar to eat and listen to live music. So classy. We just had a cheeseburger and salad. Husband said the burger was amazing Great vibe and atmosphere Saco in the longe was very friendly and patiently answered so many of our tourist questions. Haruto was very considerate and made me a special mint mocktail during afternoon tea Kyoko helped us organize a great couples massage. Tomo and Sinica gave us a fabulous deep tissue and Japanese herbal massage. Most relaxing massage we’ve had and at the end let us know areas we need to stretch out more. It was EXTREMELY relaxing and good. The woman’s jacuzzi was phenomenal. Ladies have a steam room and men’s side has a dry sauna. Nice pool and gym. Best hotel breakfast ever with a barista and plenty of made to order items. Winna Muis is the best hostess ever. She remembered our name from the 1st encounter and actually looked for us each morning. She made us feel welcomed for the beginning. Mami is a very skilled barista. Coffee or as well as cappuccino were rich and tasty Umesh was also outstanding and we enjoyed conversing with him. Our Executive room on 34 floor was huge with amazing views. We were able to spread out and enjoy. Loved the large bathroom and storage area. They give you pajamas, robe , and slippers to wear. We took a taxi to Shin Osaka station initially. Later we used train under Conrad to connect and get there. The Osaka station is 10 minutes from hotel. You can walk, taxi, or take train under Conrad to get there Grace front desk was very helpful We are grateful to Yuta and his persistence in helping us find a local Japanese restaurant after a long day of sight-seeing. We were so exhausted and he made sure we found what we wanted. We also would like to acknowledge Masato who drove us to Osaka Castle one day. Thank you Thanks to EVERYONE at Conrad Osaka.
