During my vacation in Japan I had the chance to stay at Shiosai Hotel.
This place is very nice and the well located.
The hotel is very clean and the room are just amazing with all the facilities.
The staff is so kind. For sure I’ll comeback again 

ツインで最上階に宿泊できました。設備は広くて申し分ないです。唯一エアコンの音がうるさかったのですが、オフにしたら問題なく、1月でも全然寒くなかったので困らなかったです。
部屋も広くて、何よりバス・トイレが別で使いやすかった。トイレが引き戸の外（エントランス前）なので、紙をカラカラ回す音などの使用音が同室者に聞こえず安心して使えます。
朝食は１Fエントランスそばの食堂です。焼き立てパンでなくなり次第終了とあったので８：１０頃には食べに行ったのですが、パンは比較的最後まで残っていたので焦らずともドリンクとコーヒーには最低限ありつけると思います。おかず（スクランブルエッグ、焼きそば、ハムなどだったかな）の方が早くなくなってました。無料にしては良いクオリティの朝食をお腹いっぱい食べられました。
近隣には江ノ電駅に荷物を預けるコインロッカー、駅前にレンタサイクルもありますので、自転車で江ノ島～稲村ヶ崎を存分に見て回れて気持ちよかったです。
It’s a great place！ Walkable distance from Enoshima (Odakyu & Enoden) and relatively large, clean room.  We absolutely loved the twin room with sea view which is both superb at night (with lit-up Enoshima) and in the morning.
The breakfast was good given that it is 'free' and the breads were baked on site every morning.  There were only few places to eat around since most of them close quite early so make sure to check in advance if you want to enjoy the night out. The convenience store is round the corner so you can also choose to eat in your room.
The next morning we stored our bags into the coin-locker in Enoden Enoshima station and explored Enoshima-Inamura area on the bike rented from the shop across the railway.

We stayed for just one night with our two young boys and found this hotel to be exceptional value. The room was simple but beautifully clean and, for Japanese hotels, reasonably spacious. Rooms are en-suite but there there is also a private family bath you can reserve - something more typical of Ryokan than guesthouses. Breakfast was also more than reasonable, with a range of buffet style choices. The staff were very accommodating, letting us leave our suitcase with them after checking out and didn't bat an eyelid when we returned after checking out with two wet, sandy toddlers, needing a place to get them clean and changed, even offering towels. An excellent choice if you're looking for somewhere by the beach, easily walkable from Enoshima and right next to the station.

i'd got a room facing the beach and enoshima!  what a view!  the room was clean, the beds were super comfortable, the tv was the largest i ever seen among the hotels i stayed, and the location can't be better.  not to mention the breakfast which was "free" - i read a lot from various comments saying the bread was delicious, which made me thought originally that only breads were offered... in fact there were some other hot plates and soup, and the breads worth "six stars"!   FULL MARK!!

We had hoped to stay on Enoshima island, but the hotels there were full/expensive/both, so this was a good alternative, only a short-walk across the bridge to the island.   The hotel has Japanese-style rooms facing the sea, and Western-style rooms at the back.   We chose a Japanese-style sea-view room and it was lovely.   
The hotel has free tea, coffee and hot chocolate from a machine in the breakfast area, which is available all day and night.   There are also vending machines selling other drinks and snacks.
Breakfast is included, and when you go down to breakfast, you get yourself a drink from the machine and they bring out your breakfast tray.  The first morning we were a bit early, but she still brought our breakfast out when we got there which was really nice.  It included fruit juice, pastries (savoury and sweet), croissant, and sweetcorn soup (powdered, add hot water from the machine).  It was tasty and filling, and ideal because they could bring your whole tray out at once and you could eat it in what order you want.
The hotel also includes a private hot bath, which you can book in 50-min slots.   After coming back from a very cold and windy day out at about 3:30pm, we asked about the bath, and the 4pm slot was available, which was great.  They give you a key and you take that and your towels, and let yourself in.  It was great, and just what we needed to warm us through.
Because the area is popular with day-trippers, there are lots of restaurants doing lunch, but not so many open in the evening.  On a midweek in January, even some of those that advertised evening opening didn't seem to do it.   The first night we walked across the bridge to Enoshima island and ate a restaurant there.  The second night we got pot-noodles, and curry-bread from 7-11 and ate it in the breakfast area.

Beach view from room

Very good hotel

Waking up with the sea right outside your window is always sublime. And at Shiosai, me and my wife got exactly that, which was fantastic. Only a few minutes walk from the JR station, with many restaurants nearby, the location really is fantastic. Cherry on top, the price for a saturday was very reasonable!

It is only when we went to bed that we realized what the problem was: noise, plenty of it and very late!  First the wall are paper-thin, so one can hear the other room's TV and guests's conversation....But the worst is the continuous traffic that went on until very late, just below our window. Those familiar with Enoshima/Zushi know that there is only one road that follows the seafront. Even after families had gone, petrol-heads drove back & forth, with their pimped-out moped/cars etc.... Nightmare! Sea-view or a good sleep, you'll have to choose! ;)
