214 reviewsWe stayed in Inuyama in order to visit Meiji Mura and we were pleased that we did. We caught the train in Inuyamayuen Station and it was only a short walk along the river to the Meitetsu Inuyama Hotel. We had a large comfortable room with a river view and we were escorted to the room and shown all of the facilities by one of the staff. The onsen was amazing, there is a shop and a cafe and a very comfortable lounge in the foyer area. The cafe was reasonably priced for lunches but we found the restaurants a little expensive for breakfast and dinner. The hotel is just a short walk from the castle and the many cafes and shops around the castle. It's also in an ideal position for watching the cormorant fishing at night. The staff were friendly and attentive and were happy to mind our bags before we checked in and after we checked out so that we could maximize our time on both days we were there. they were helpful with information about transport to Meiji Mura and were also happy to call us a taxi when we were leaving to go to Unuma Station. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
