I stay at the Kura for 4 weeks and had no problems at all. If I was staying out of town they would keep the same room and allow me to leave my bags. The Onsen is great, it has a hot sauna and the onsen temp is 37.8 (perfect) and is drawn from the aquafa. Also has a cold dip pool. The rooms are good with good beds and electronics. I feel safe in this building with Iwate the most active earthquakes area in Japan. I had two (M5 and M4) during my stay. I felt very safe with how the building performed. It has a first class restaurant and a breakfast buffet. Very close to Inchinoseke station and the Hotel has parking. 5 minutes from the interchange. The staff are great.
