Loved it. This is my second time at this hotel. I came last year and again this year. The staff are amazing- the front of service staff and also the restaurant staff were fantastic. Thank you so much for making our stay so special. The food was amazing, we loved our room, the view and the onsen. The location is perfect. I wish I lived in Japan and would visit more regularly. Thank you again for being so brilliant. I hope to be back next year and thank you for my gift too xxx
