36 reviewsWe,ve stayed at Berg land for 7 nights. It was our first visit to Japan, and very unsure what to expect. This hotel turned out to be the ideal hotel in the mountains to visit. Staff immaculate and very helpful. Clean facilities. Close to everything. Location wise just the best. Next to the bus terminal, so you don't have to walk, you can just hop on a bus, whether you want to go to the ski lifts, town, restaurant, Nagano or wherever Even close to night skiing. You'll save a lot of time and valuable Yen when you stay next to the bus terminal. very traditional meals and accommodation. The kitchen spend a lot of time and effort to make your meals special! Across the road from the convenient store.......for that 11pm midnight snacks etc. Bergland definitely got my vote!
