The hotel, although a bit far from the High speed bus station, offered free luggage reception and transfer to hotel from bus station information centre. Counter staff very polite and helpful. English, Mandarin staff available. The onsen, hot spring area quite spacious, however, the outside hot spring was too small. Breakfast was buffet style while dinner was in Japanese style. We were given a high rise room so that we could oversee a very view of the city. Worth to visit again.
