the owner is very a very uncomplecated, friendly person. She tends to your every wish as best she can. just have to have a conversation and let her know. the weather was perfect, the house is as beautiful as they are in the picture, the food is delicious, the pool was clean and excellent to relax. would totally recommend this sunshine paradise to anyone! 

I had the pleasure of staying at Chateau Gloria Luxury Villa with a group of friends from April 25th - May 1st, 2017. It is a lovely property with a large pool and a very polite and accommodating staff.  We took advantage of the private chef several times, and all the food he prepared was delicious especially the chicken curry. The hotel is conveniently located just a short drive from the heart of Montego Bay. The manager of the villa was very friendly, and she helped us plan our daily itinerary. My friends and I had a wonderful vacation, and I will definitely return to Chateau Gloria!

A beautiful villa with a very kind owner who you can talk with and reason with. She is willing to go to the moon and back for her guests which i really admire. Quiet neighborhood 10 minutes away from the city. The food and weather was always enjoyable. We were practically always in the water as we went to the beach alot and at "home" we had the swimming pool to use whenever we wanted. I would really recommend to anyone who wants to feel like they are actually guests in jamaica and not in an isolated hotel. I cant wait to go back there on my next visit.

We visited this beautiful home for 4 days 3 nights and we felt welcomed and enjoyed our stay.  The home was very clean. The cook made awesome authentic Jamaican meals for us during our stay.  We had a party of 11 and every staff member (cook, housekeeper, maintenance, and host) ensured that everything we needed was taken care of.  Thank you for welcoming our family into your home!

50th Birthday Celebration

I hate that my last review was deleted.  What's the point of me posting here and the owner gets it deleted.  Stop playing Gloria!  Do not stay here! Keep moving to some place else..  I was there with family. She only wants payment in USA funds. She doesn't give back your change. I checked in damn near midnight. I paid her in Jamaican money. I gave her 8000. She accepted it. The next morning, she asked family members for more money in USA dollars claiming that I under paid her. Quit deleting this. The house has been locked up. You can't cook! The stove doesn't WORK. She doesn't want you in eat inside. It's like being in a place where someone doesn't want you there but you paid money. Pass this place by, find somewhere else. I have been there. This is my second review. Chick do better. Learn how to treat paying guess!!!!!
