We were attending a concert in the Arena and wanted to stay nearby. We looked and looked at various hotels and apartments before deciding on Federica's apartment. We were so delighted with our choice. The apartment is in a great location about a 5/7 min walk from Piazza Bra and the Arena. Federica got in touch with us before we arrived to confirm arrival time and was there to warmly greet us when we arrived. We parked on the street outside the apartment and Federica gave us a parking pass for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself is perfect - lovely high ceilings and big windows - great air conditioning and very airy. Federica is so kind and thoughtful and has made sure that the apartment has everything you could possibly need - shampoo, shower gel, soap, slippers, spare toothbrushes - she has thought of everything. There is a lovely espresso machine, coffee pods and a selection of teas there for guests. Federica also very kindly left us a resent of various beverages in the fridge and a small local breakfast cake. The bed was very comfortable and there was a lovely balcony off the bedroom to sit on and enjoy your morning espresso while watching the locals go about their daily business. We had a wonderful stay and we look forward to returning to the apartment in the future.
