We stayed four days and a baby so dirty and personal (Elizabeth) very rude and rude every day wrote to me to be paid early even though I paid them three days before, after all the breakfast was missing there was no empty bucket water etc. dirty toilets carpets instead of stuffed towels and the lady and came one evening and tried to do the plumbing but it made the situation worse that say a place so close to the dirty center I would say little. judge you

Visit to Verona

As the title of the review says, the B&B 3 Jolie was a pleasant discovery for me. Not knowing the city of Verona going to Booking I went looking for accommodation. not far from Central Station and historic center. And one of the offers that struck me the most was that of 3 JOLIE. A cozy B&B located in the center only 15 minutes walk from the historic center and Porta Nuova station. In good condition the single room booked with shared bathroom. Good breakfast although not very rich. Very friendly and available to give information.

That's a great discovery.

Great little single room in a very good location for getting around into the heart of Verona. The entrance was a little hard to find but I was able to get in touch with the hotel owner using WhatsApp which was very convenient. Once inside, I felt the property was secure and safe, plus the room was very cute and clean. I had everything I needed for a one night stay.
The only thing is that the entrance is hard to spot. You need to look for number 15, and you will notice a small label underneath the apartment buzzer system. It has the numbers to contact the hotel to get inside. Once you have the codes to get in, it's fine.

Great location and secure rooms.

We stayed here four nights and the owner, very nice, even though we booked a room with an outdoor bathroom, gave us the one with a private bathroom. Check in without any problems, we paid with PayPal because the ATM didn't work but during our stay the problem was solved. Great location, five minutes walk from the arena. Small, essential and clean room with a shared terrace with the guests of the next room; some small care could perhaps make it more functional.

Pleasantly Essential

Curse and arrogance, improvised people and really vomit structure, one of the worst travel experiences of my life, there's not a single aspect of my stay that deserves more than a star.

Absolutely recommended, welcoming environment and very available staff, rooms a little small but well furnished. Strategic position to easily reach all the main attractions of Verona on foot. Rich and varied breakfast, available also fresh fruit. I highly recommend it, like staying at home.

We spent two nights at the 3Jolie for New Year's Eve, it was undoubtedly a nice experience and they were also so kind to give us a bottle to celebrate the new year❤️!

Very nice and the owners very kind!

We ran away... assuming we paid for the stay for two nights and we left after 10 minutes. The photos on the site are not true, the room is very small, there is not even a stroller. We had asked for the crib for the baby, obviously there was no crib. Tiny and dark bathroom. Dirty walls. I mean, like a nightmare. Obviously no one deserved to apologize or answer the message.

B and b bad

Unfortunately the structure is not at all as it is presented both in the description and in the photos. In the description it is written that it has rooms with private bathroom then when you book, as happened to me, you do not notice that you booked a shared bathroom for older and poorly maintained, with shampoo bottles and bathtub tap open. In the photos of course photographed the only bathroom repaired! The rooms are horrible, with the floor still with the granite brick from the 60s, the infissi are old and the latrines struggle to get up.

Forget about it

We were in this b&b because it was close to Piazza Bra. Finding it with the navigator was an undertaking as it was not reported. The phone was answered well. It is located in a building on the 3rd floor. Internally it is well maintained and cared for. The check in lady explains x ringing in the evening as there is always no one there. The room is comfortable and breakfast in the morning abundant. You have to prepare it. In a dedicated room you will find everything you need including a Nespresso machine, microwave, toaster and scrubber.
