29 reviewsSan Simeon is THE place to stay in Venice to feel just at home in the most fabulous location, facing the laguna and San Giorgio Maggiore, with a 180 degree view from the Giardini at the East (left) to San Marco at the West (right, with the unforgettable sunsets), via la Salute...! It is just magic !!! It is 1 minute walk from Vaporetto Arsenale, whcih is very convenient (especially coming from the airport, Linea Blu) and the Biennale, and 5-10 minutes from San Marco. The appartment is very spacious and beautifully decorated in the Venetian style, and the arrangement is just perfect (large cupboard, a separate entrance etc). Miriam and Narciso organize all the facilities you need and answer all your questions, and fairy Tamara will make you room clean and tidy, with a wonderful smile and cheerful conversation: an angel! This was my second stay, for a whole month, for work, and I am coming again next year for at least one month... You can walk early morning or late for sunsets, on the docks, far from the crowd. Supermarkets are a 1 or 2 minutes walk, and Mercato di Rialto for fresh sea food 15 minutes max, you eat crazy! You just feel and home and the difficult part is to leave... until the next stay!!! Thank you again!

In accordance with the Institutional Regulations and the rules governing the fee for access, with or without a shuttle service, in Venice and the small islands of the Venetian Lagoon, an additional fee is charged to day-trippers who do not stay overnight and plan to visit the historic city centre from Friday to Sunday or on public holidays, from 08:30 AM to 04:00 PM. The fee will be from EUR 5.00 to 10.00 per day, depending on the date of booking. After payment, tourists must have a confirmation. Exempt from this fee are children under 14; residents of Venice and the Veneto region; people working or studying in Venice. Guests staying overnight are also exempt from this fee and must pay the city tax at the accommodation facilities. A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel.

Check-in takes place at Ca' Nigra Lagoon Resort, located in Via Santa Croce 927.
