We had a lovely stay at this charming hotel which did have an elevator! The location couldn’t be better – just a short walk to San Marco and a 30 minute walk to train station, yet tucked away on a quieter street that gave us a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. Our room was a good size for two people, but very quiet and well-appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was spotlessly clean and had a cozy, welcoming feel. The true highlight, however, was the staff – incredibly warm, kind, and always ready with helpful suggestions, directions, and local tips. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home and made the most of our time in Venice. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay!

In accordance with the Institutional Regulations and the rules governing the fee for access, with or without a shuttle service, in Venice and the small islands of the Venetian Lagoon, an additional fee is charged to day-trippers who do not stay overnight and plan to visit the historic city centre from Friday to Sunday or on public holidays, from 08:30 AM to 04:00 PM. The fee will be from EUR 5.00 to 10.00 per day, depending on the date of booking. After payment, tourists must have a confirmation. Exempt from this fee are children under 14; residents of Venice and the Veneto region; people working or studying in Venice. Guests staying overnight are also exempt from this fee and must pay the city tax at the accommodation facilities.

A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel.
