Very nice experience. + The staff was very kind. We had a balcony. There is a lift. They speak English. They can order a taxi for you. They can give you a bus ticket and show the schedule. The coffee there is very tasty and there are lactose free options. - The walls are thin and at 00:00 we could hear the neighbors' TV.
