Where to start? Let me address the 1 star issue: whoever gave this hotel that only star was wrong. This is easily a 3 star hotel. The hotel is in a beautiful Italian village that will surely fascinate all visitors. Finding the small piazza where the hotel is located to me was part of the charm of this place. Room very satisfactory, comfy mattress, decent bathroom and big enough shower with heaps of hot water. Clean. Reverse cycle air conditioner for cooling and heating depending on the season. Flat screen tv with lots of channels and free Wi-Fi. I also had a great view over the roofs of the old buildings. Restaurant was very good and cheap too! Staff were exquisite. Next time you need a hotel near Malpensa do yourself a favour and book here, you won't be disappointed. Albergo Fontana is far more memorable than one of those soulless airport hotels.
