If you are planning to stay at Garni Pecol do not expect luxury. It is a small, family run B&B with great service (even though the knowledge of English is close to none). Breakfasts are lovely and you will find homemade cakes and amazing coffee. Rooms are small but if you plan on skiing then you would not spend a lot of time there anyway (and there is a common area with a fireplace where you can sit in the evening). Good place to stay with a group of friends, close to the slopes, in the middle of Zoldo Alto. Maybe not to everyone’s taste as rooms are simple and not at all high end but if I am ever back in the area I will definitely stay here. Owners live at the hotel so be aware they will be at the premises all the time, for me, it is an added bonus but I do appreciate that not all guests would feel the same. Thank you Dolores, Marco and the team for a great stay at Garni Pecol!
