I'm writing this review to compliment the very helpful and pleasant owner on her excellent service. Unfortunately I had to cancel my trip on this occasion, but during the booking process Cristina was exceptionally helpful, responding very promptly and taking the trouble to write a formal letter to confirm the details of the reservation for a visa application. She sent excellent, detailed directions a week before the arrival date and was generally very professional and friendly. Thank you Cristina for being such a pleasure to deal with, and I hope to be able to stay at Ai Ciliegi in the future, it looks really beautiful.
