Stayed for 2 nights with two family. One had a room on the main floor and my family had the entire top floor with full kitchen and balcony. The area is 5 minutes out of Spoleto but you would think it's much further out in the forest. The town folks all wave and smile as you drive in the area.....by the way, big cars are a tight fit in those streets. The family taking care of the property was very welcoming. The rooms were all clean and the full kitchen was well stocked for a great pasta dish. The breakfast was one of the best in our 3 week European trip. Warm pastries, fresh baked goods and coffee every morning. The nice part of this property is that you disconnect from the Internet world. Kids actually interact with you. There is no air conditioning, which at 37 degrees would have been very nice. My only negative comment was the low ceilings going into the bathroom on the top floors. I must have hit my head 10 times. If you have a chance, go eat at the Cantina de Corvi in Spoleto. This was the best pasta out of our 2 weeks in Italy. Prices were very good. One of our greatest night was cooking our own meal with a few nice Brunello. Thanks from Canada for a great place to stay.
